14-day returns

Contact support@generationalclothing.shop within 14 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. For a change-of-mind or sizing return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Trying it on indoors is fine.

We will provide return instructions and an authorized US return address. Please do not send your return to the address on the parcel without contacting us first. Send approved returns within 14 days after receiving our instructions.

Return postage

You pay return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help. GENERATIONAL covers necessary return postage for these issues and will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. The original-condition requirement does not exclude items that arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds and exchanges

We will inspect your return and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Refunds include the returned item’s purchase price and applicable tax.

For a different size or color, request a return and place a new order. Replacements are subject to availability.

Your customer remedy is handled by GENERATIONAL and is not contingent on reimbursement from our supplier. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
