About our store
Generational Clothing operates generationalclothing.shop and sells everyday clothing. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. Contact us at support@generationalclothing.shop with questions about these terms or an order.

Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and sizing
Product details and garment measurements are provided to help you choose. Review the size guide before ordering; tag sizes may differ from standard US sizing. Colors can vary with lighting and screen settings. Some product images use AI-generated models or styling; refer to the written specifications and measurements for product details. These statements do not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Prices may change for future orders. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer a correction for your approval or a refund. We will not impose an additional charge without your consent.

Shipping, changes, and cancellations
We currently serve the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Fulfillment partners may ship directly from overseas. Shipping information is provided in our Shipping policy and at checkout. Email us promptly if you need an address change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and offer the required delay-consent and refund options.

Returns and refunds
Our Return and refund policy explains the 14-day return-request window, eligibility, postage responsibilities, and refund process. Contact support@generationalclothing.shop before sending a return so we can provide authorization and the correct address.

Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment processing, order tracking, and other features may use third-party services. Their separate terms apply when you use those services.

Our branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping; commercial copying or misuse of our original content requires permission.
